As per the police, Hidayat Ulla, an occupant of Shivajinagar in Bengaluru, had gone to Hindupur town in adjoining Andhra Pradesh to buy hamburger on bike.

On September 16, 11 p.m., Hidayat, who had bought 80 kg hamburger to set up the dish for a family capability, lost equilibrium and fell when out of nowhere a vehicle showed up before him, and the street was thronw with the meat, he was conveying.
In the wake of seeing the public drawing nearer towards him, Hidayat took off. The maddened public assembled on the spot burnt Hidayat’s bicycle.
Hidayat had stopped a protest in such manner with Doddaballapur police headquarters on September 17.
The police stopped a case under IPC Segment 435 and captured the charged who burnt Hidayat’s bicycle. Hidayat was additionally captured for unlawful transportation of hamburger.
